1/24/25: The technicians arrived at my home on time and were professional in their conversations with me. They first asked me to describe the problem I was having—my heater was not warming up to its setting—and then proceeded with their work. Thanks to the expertise of David Lopez, we now have a working heater/furnace! It needed some rewiring. We don’t need to use space heaters anymore, and my son no longer needs to wear his hoodie to bed on chilly nights. Thank you very much for a comfortable temperature for our home!
