The Big Task

Showcasing your abilities and skills to promote a five-star customer experience for our clients. Converting inbound and outbound calls into booked service appointments for the team.

Key Sub Tasks

Apply your experience to learn our proven call scripts to provide an authentic and professional call experience for our valued customers.
Participate in training so that you grow and develop as a professional.
Maintain and update our customer database with complete and accurate information.
Maintain communication with dispatch and your manager.

Job Type: Full-Time

Pay: $10.00 – $14.00 per hour
